I currently offer three flexible training options designed to suit your goals and lifestyle. You can choose private 1-on-1 coaching at my gym, or enjoy the convenience of personalized sessions in your own home.

For those looking for a fully immersive experience, I also offer an all-inclusive weekly package. This includes a private single-room stay, a structured training schedule throughout the week, two nutritious meals per day, access to a swimming pool, and free Wi-Fi—everything you need to focus on your progress in a comfortable, supportive environment.
